James Caesar is Lead Innovator representing the K’asho Got’ine Housing Society (KGHS) located in Rádeyįlį Kǫ́ (Fort Good Hope), in the Sahtú Region of the Northwest Territories.
KGHS is a non-profit society incorporated in 2016. It was founded by the Yamoga Land Corporation. KGHS’ mandate is to address housing issues in the community of Rádeyįlį Kǫ́. James is Acting Executive Director of KGHS.
Additionally, James works as a Manager for the Yamoga Land Corporation and has previously held positions as Projects Administrator with Ne’Rahten Developments and Self-Government Coordinator for Yamoga Land Corporation. James has also worked in the diamond mining industry at Ekati Mine near Lac des Gras, Northwest Territories, and as a Technician in the oil fields in Norman Wells, Northwest Territories.
