Housing NWT is an agency of the Government of the NWT. We deliver a range of housing programs to residents of the NWT. Services are offered across the housing spectrum, from homelessness to home ownership, funding, programs or other housing opportunities. Our mission is to work in partnership with residents, where appropriate and necessary, to ensure access to affordable, adequate and suitable housing. Current programs and services offered by Housing NWT include: community housing plans, emergency repairs, homelessness assistance, home ownership assistance, public housing, supportive housing, shelter funding for NWT communities and rapid rehousing, among others.
