We will be producing an inventory of supportive housing programs and services, in addition to a survey of capacity development and human resources support needs and models from within the supportive housing sector. We will complete a social network analysis of the supportive housing sector as well as a compilation of case studies of innovative housing, support models and associated policies. Finally, we will create descriptive and visual representations of northern models for supportive housing programs and services.
